TO START YOUR RETURN PROCESS PLEASE ACCESS OUR RETURN PORTAL
We are committed to making sure you are in love with your Farmacy Beauty purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return or exchange new or gently used items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your return process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card credit. If you feel your circumstances are exceptional and you are now outside of this policy, please email [email protected]
All kits, gift sets and duos must be returned with all items in the kit to receive a refund or credit. We are not able to partially refund or credit an incomplete kit.
Once we have received your items, please allow 7–10 business days for your refund to process. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We cannot change the payment method for any refund. Additionally, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased through our website (https://www.farmacybeauty.com). Products purchased through an authorized retailer must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, under the retailer’s return policy.
FINAL SALE
Free samples and Gift with Purchase items are not eligible for return and are final sale.
If your return box contains any of these items, you will not be refunded or credited any value for them. We are not responsible for shipping back sample items or final sale items.
Gift orders are eligible for return, provided the recipient has the original order number. Gift Returns will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.
