WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR HAS MISSING ITEMS?Updated 8 months ago

If your package arrived damaged, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist.

For damaged items/quality issues: please provide us with photos of the product(s) along with the lot code (located on the bottom of the product). Please do not discard the product(s).

For missing/incorrect items: please provide us with photos of how the order was received along with the packing slip (located inside the shipping box).
